After obtaining a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Qld, I was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1981. Since then I have developed extensive experience as a property and business lawyer, and more recently in the area of contested wills, given the clearly observable escalation of disputes in this area of the law.
For many years I was an equity partner of a medium sized Brisbane CBD firm, and as a result I am conscious of the critical need for delivery of cost effective advice, and timely reporting and service.
Prior to joining Eric’s team as their consultant representative in Queensland, I conducted a successful locum practice in rural and regional parts of the State. When out of the office I spend time playing golf and fishing. I am married to Jennifer with 3 children, all of whom (except Jennifer) have deserted Brisbane for more exotic locations.
